Warranty terms and exclusions
This warranty covers the Pool Buoy solar pool ionizer for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended and in accordance with the provided instructions. Any misuse, modification, or use contrary to the guidelines is the user’s responsibility and may void the warranty.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or failure to follow the product instructions is not covered.
Normal wear and tear or damage due to improper maintenance are not covered under this warranty.
The copper anode and stainless steel spring are consumable components essential to the ionization process within the Pool Buoy Solar Pool Ionizer. As these parts are subject to gradual wear and corrosion during regular operation, they are not covered under the warranty policy.
The warranty cover excludes the LED, washer, basket, and screw due to their classification as wear and tear items.
Claim process

We will request the product to be sent to our warehouse for inspection conducted by our technician. Should the product be deemed defective within the warranty period, we’ll, at our discretion, either repair or replace the unit free of charge. Note that shipping costs may apply.
Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

This staining could occur in pools with imbalanced pH levels, high copper content in source water, or other unique environmental factors. While our product is designed to minimize this risk, we cannot guarantee complete prevention of staining. Users are encouraged to regularly monitor pool water chemistry, maintain proper pH levels, and follow recommended usage guidelines to mitigate any potential staining risks. Our liability is limited solely to the cost of the product itself.
Although our solar pool ionizer is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable swimming environment by reducing the need for certain chemicals, it’s important to note that individual reactions to pool water can vary. While uncommon, some individuals may experience skin irritation, allergic reactions, or other medical issues due to sensitivities to copper ions or other pool additives. Users with known sensitivities or medical conditions are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the product. We cannot guarantee immunity from such reactions. Users assume responsibility for monitoring their health and any reactions that may occur while using our product. Our liability is limited solely to the cost of the product itself.
