Not happy with your Pool Buoy? Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers the Pool Buoy solar pool ionizer — try it for 30 days and get a full refund if it isn't for you. The policy below covers exchanges and all other products.

Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or develops a fault, contact us at info@poolbuoy.co.za within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll collect it at our cost and send a replacement. Faults after 30 days are handled under our 2-Year Warranty.

Returns of other products
Replacement anodes, accessories and any other Pool Buoy products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Email info@poolbuoy.co.za with your order number to arrange collection. A courier collection fee of R75.00 is deducted from the refund for change-of-mind returns; collection is free if the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt.

Packing
Pack the item in its original box and wrap the box in protective material (bubble wrap, paper or an outer box) so it arrives undamaged.
