• You can use it — we don't expect it back in original condition. Just return the unit, all parts and the box it came in.
• Email info@poolbuoy.co.za with your order number and a sentence on why it didn't work for you. We'll arrange courier collection at our cost.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the unit reaching us, to your original payment method.
• One guarantee claim per customer. The guarantee runs from delivery date, not order date.
