RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
You may return or exchange the Pool Buoy solar pool ionizer or any Pool Buoy products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the items must be in their original condition.
Must include the product, any and all applicable accessories, the original box, instruction manual and product warrant documents. If any of these components are missing or damaged, the return or exchange may be subject to a partial refund or denial, depending on the item’s condition and the missing components.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Contact us: Before returning or exchanging the item, please contact our customer service team at info@poolbuoy.co.za to initiate the process and arrange collection.
Packing the item: Carefully pack the product in its original box with all the included materials.
Before shipping the product back, please wrap the original box with protective material. This can be a layer of bubble wrap, packing paper, or even enclosing it within another box. The goal is to protect the product and original box from any shipping wear and tear, ensuring it arrives in good condition.
Shipping: To make your return/exchange as convenient as possible, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item directly from you. This service is part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and aims to minimize any inconvenience.
We reserve the discretion to determine if shipping costs will be your responsibility or if they will be absorbed by us. This is evaluated based on the specifics of the return reason and in alignment with our commitment to fair and customer-focused service.
